If you are going to hire an estate agent, hire Serkan Abidins. In the long, painful and often desperate process of finding a home, we had to deal with a lot of estate agents. Most just dont care. They open doors and take offers, and thats it. Right from the first phone call, Serkan was completely different. He told us hed been an estate agent for 17 years, and always lived in and loved Leytonstone, and knew everything about the area, every little street. He introduced us to the landlords, was very clear and straightforward about what the house was and wasnt, and before the day was over he had accepted our offer for the property. He really does things differently – that personal touch that is often lacking in estate agencies. You can see it just from his interactions with his landlords, hes more part of the family than just an agent. I have used Abidin’s now for the last 3 tenants and I can honestly say the tenants they found I couldn’t ask for better.
These tenants haves spanned over 7 years with the last one still at my property.
Abidin’s really do care about getting you the right tenant and not just putting anyone in to get there fee.
