Dedicated agent

You will have a dedicated agent assigned to you who you can stay in direct contact with throughout the sale.

We are confident in the service we provide, which is why there are no tie in periods within our contracts.

Effective marketing

In an online led market, presentation matters. Our experienced photographer will ensure your property is shown at its best. Your agent will prepare a marketing package with your target buyer in mind, including professional photography, floor plans, property descriptions and an Energy Performance Certificate.

We will market your property through our website www.abidins.com, on leading UK property portals including Zoopla and PrimeLocation, and across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and local PR throughout London and Essex.

Finding the right buyer

Before arranging viewings, your agent will ensure potential buyers are suitable. This saves time, reduces disruption and helps focus on serious buyers.

Hours that suit you

We understand that it is not always convenient to meet during the working day. We are happy to arrange appointments and viewings outside normal working hours.

Professionalism

We are registered members of The Property Ombudsman for sales with Membership Number D8139 and The Chartered Trading Standards Institute, ensuring high standards of service.

Experience and local knowledge

Our senior team member Serkan was born in Hackney and has worked in the London property market for over 20 years. As an independent, family run business, we care deeply about achieving the best outcome for our clients.
