We’re so confident we can do our job promptly and effectively that there are no tie-in periods with our contracts.

Effective Marketing

In our online world, virtual presentations are crucial to ensure your property attracts the right buyers and achieves the best market value. Our experienced photographer will make your property look its very best, and your agent will prepare a marketing package with your target market in mind, with floor plans, descriptions and an Energy Performance Certificate.

We will market your property through our website www.abidins.com, and one of the UK’s leading property portals, Zoopla & Primelocation, as well as through Facebook, Twitter, Instangram, LinkedIn and local PR in London and Essex.

Finding the Right Buyer

Once the property is marketed, your agent will check that potential buyers are suitable before arranging viewings. This can save time, money and effort!

Hours that suit you

We know it’s not always convenient to hold viewings or meet an agent during the working day, so we’re happy to meet you outside normal working hours.
