Abidins has built a strong and loyal client base across London and Essex since being founded in early 2012 by Managing Director Serkan Abidin.
We are an online letting and estate agency covering London and Essex. We specialise in property valuations, sales, lettings, property management and maintenance within the private sector.
Our friendly and experienced team is focused on achieving the best possible results for every client. We pride ourselves on being approachable, responsive and genuinely passionate about the service we provide. We are fully registered with the Property Ombudsman for Lettings and Sales, the Chartered Trading Standards Institute, the Information Commissioner’s Office, Client Money Protection and the Deposit Protection Service. This ensures high standards, transparency and peace of mind for our clients.
Our aim is to make the entire process as smooth and stress free as possible, whether you are a landlord, tenant, buyer or seller.
We offer a flexible range of services that can be tailored to your needs. We work by appointment and are happy to meet outside normal office hours, including evenings and weekends. While we do not operate from a traditional high street office, we attend all meetings, viewings and valuations in person. Your property will be advertised on Zoopla, one of the UK’s largest property portals, as well as PrimeLocation, our website and selected social media platforms.
Our service is fully joined up. The agent who lets your property will also manage it, meaning you deal with one dedicated point of contact who understands your property and your priorities. That agent will always be available when you need support or advice.
