We had an excellent experience with Serkan at Abidins Estate Agency from start to finish. From the moment we booked our viewing, he was incredibly welcoming, approachable, and generous with his time. He never made us feel rushed and was always available to answer our questions honestly and professionally. What stood out most was Serkan’s reliability and straightforward approach. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process, kept us informed at every stage, and always did exactly what he said he would do. His professionalism and transparency gave us confidence and made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. From our very first meeting, we felt completely at ease and knew we could trust him. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful, guiding us all the way through to signing the contract. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and his support throughout the process was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend Serkan and Abidins Estate Agency to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and customer-focused service. The best agent and landlord in all of East London for certain. Kind, respectful, highly responsible and responsive. If there was ever an issue Serkan was always quick to respond, certainly within a day and often within a few hours, and tried to be as accommodating to our situation as possible.

We would fully recommend Abidins based on our experience so far. Serkan is helpful, responsive and shows a genuine interest in everyone that he works with. He was professional, open and fair throughout, guiding us through the rental process from start to finish with patience and understanding. He took out a lot of the stress and pressure that can be present elsewhere. We are very happy with Abidins and only hope that this continues!
